Emmaus College
TK Aluminium was engaged at Emmaus College — a project carried out in close collaboration with the demolition crew and builder on site. Our works centred on upgrading the existing fixed louvre windows to the modern Altair Breezeway louvre moving window system, significantly improving ventilation and functionality throughout the building. We also supplied an aluminium door frame for a timber door, finished in Surf Mist colour to complement the overall aesthetic.
Project Scope
This project required TK Aluminium to work closely alongside the demolition crew and builder to carry out a precise window and door upgrade at Emmaus College, Kemps Creek. The works were coordinated carefully to align with the broader construction programme on site.
Works Completed
Our team completed the following scope across the project:
- Removal of old fixed louvre windows throughout the building
- Supply and installation of the new Altair Breezeway louvre moving window system as a direct replacement
- Supply of aluminium door frame for an existing timber door, finished in Surf Mist colour
The Altair Breezeway system delivers significantly improved airflow and control compared to the previous fixed louvre configuration, providing a functional and modern outcome for the college.
