Aushin Warehouse
TK Aluminium was selected to complete the full joinery scope for Aushin's newly built factory in Lidcombe. Works included the supply and installation of all thermally broken front glazed windows and a hinge door for the building's facade. We were also engaged to supply and install a glazed partition on the first floor, which was used to divide the open-plan area into two separate office rooms — delivering both functionality and a professional finish to the workspace.
Project Scope
TK Aluminium was engaged by Aushin to complete the full window, door and partition joinery package for their newly built factory in Lidcombe. The scope covered both the external facade and an internal fit-out element on the first floor.
Works Completed
Our team completed the following works across the factory:
- Supply and installation of all thermally broken front glazed windows to the building facade
- Supply and installation of a thermally broken hinge door at the front entry
- Supply and installation of a glazed partition on the first floor, dividing the open space into two separate and functional office rooms, as seen in the project photos
The thermally broken system provides superior energy efficiency and thermal comfort for the building's occupants, while the glazed partition delivers a clean, professional office environment within the factory setting.
